The Tenth Circuit announced the appointment of Joseph G. Rosania, Jr. to the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Rosania received his J.D. from the University of Colorado and was a Law Clerk for Hon. Jay L. Gueck of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Colorado. For the last 10 years, Rosania was a Shareholder with Connolly, Rosania & Lofstedt, P.C., where he focused on bankruptcy-related litigation and served as a Chapter 7 trustee.
