Senate confirms LaShann M. DeArcy Hall to Eastern District of New York

In a 93-1 vote, the Senate yesterday confirmed LaShann M. DeArcy Hall to the Eastern District of New York.  Hall most recently was a partner at Morrison & Foerster LLP, where her practice focused on commercial litigation. She served as Commissioner of the New York City Taxi and Limousine Commission in 2011 and also served as a Commissioner on the New York State Joint Commission on Public Ethics from 2012 to 2014.  Hall is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force and received her J.D. magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law.
